Project: Gidsy
Alongside Phil and Floris, I co-founded Gidsy, a peer-to-peer marketplace for activities. Our platform enabled organizers to host workshops, tours, activities, and other unique events. We nurtured Gidsy's growth to a team of approximately 15 individuals before achieving a successful acquisition by GetYourGuide, another Berlin-based startup. Our team at Gidsy was deeply focused on product development.
During my time at GetYourGuide, the former Gidsy team spearheaded a very comprehensive rebranding effort. In addition to leading the rebranding initiative, I took charge of developing and launching their mobile app, which remains active to this day.
