Project: Okidoki

After spending two years in Canada as a wine/cider maker at Revel, I returned to The Netherlands and founded Okidoki. Okidoki is a wild fermentation project that primarily produces beers, wines, and cider hybrids using local fruits, all made without any additives or filtration methods.

Our beverages are in high demand, typically selling out within weeks. We are grateful for our dedicated following that appreciates the often unconventional drinks we create. Okidoki has been featured at various international drink festivals and can be found in some of Amsterdam's most renowned bars, restaurants, and bottle shops.

In my role at Okidoki, I oversee all aspects of the business, including product development, branding, social media, product photography, planning, finance, fruit procurement, recipe development, sales, and more.
